I have never been afraid to take an amused look at myself. It does us all good to do that from time to time and this category has and never will have, ANYTHING to do with business, strictly personal anecdotes.

Any Ladies reading this will no doubt have a laugh at this but my wife of 26 years (almost ) bless her, taught be a small but so helpful thing the other day and afterward I was of a mind to create this category and post!

Having been long-sighted for much of my life I do of course need glasses (cannot live with contacts and [to my knowledge astigmatism cannot be solved by laser] hmmmm… must check on that again… ).

So when I get in the family shower (I have three children all between 17 and 23) I am faced with a plethora of BOTTLES [ God only knows what half of them are ] and not being able to read the wording on the bottles it has proved to be a lottery as to which similiar bottle is shampoo and which is conditioner – and it has been for years now, a —huge— frustration when I get it wrong! “Damn bottles, why don’t they shape them differently or something!”) etc…

Apparently they do a number of things: (ha ha ha!)

1. The writing when the bottle is (naturally) stood up is right way up for shampoo and wrong way for conditioner!
2. It follows that the one with the flat lid (so it will stand) is the Conditioner and the other shampoo.

Laugh at me if you will (I don’t mind) but life is sometimes ‘fun’ when you are so humbled by the obvious.

And THAT is all I have to say on that one!
