Merging Social Buzz With Campaign Management

I really must get down to building campaigns and far more than I currently am but as some of you may know I have been trying to get Wordtracker integration fixed within Keyword Elite ( Bryxen Software) product. Unfortunately their support guy ‘Jim’ has really pi**ed me off by his playing email tag over the last month, evasivness and eventual rudeness! The end result being this flaw means I cannot exploit my Wordtracker subscription, they couldn’t give a damn as it ‘might’ be fixed in V2.0.
We eventually arrived at…. 

I just got off the horn with the Programmer.
They are working on the new version.
There are no more updates/fixes going to be created
for the current version. Please be patient while
they work feverishly to get 2.0 ready for all users.

So when I asked when it would be out the response I got was…

No exact date has been set yet for the release of version 2.0
That is what I was told when I spoke with the programmers.

So I’m none too pleased (could be days/weeks/months – surely not years and although Keyword Elite is a good tool it is the organisation behind it (or rather their approach to customer support that is causing me to look elsewhere for something better. Any suggestions of tools that you think are really good – appreciated.

But I digress

Now good things do come out of the bad or so it seems and that was the case today.

I came across a very useful and informative blog with a brilliant post about using social buzz in combination with keyword research (nothing new there – you might say) but seriously check it out because the range of free tools discussed are indeed very very useful.
